I FINALLY RX’d a workout. Boom, suckers. It was also HOT AS HADES this day and everything was fucking busted after this. Everyone said that this was one of the hardest things we’ve done in a long time.

I suck at push ups. For a few push up minutes I only did 10 instead of 15 to work on real push up form. Got all KBS in and unbroken.

MOVING DAAAAAAAAAAAAAY. Moved apartments and let me tell you just how much of a wod it was. Farmer carries, deadlifts, squats, push press, waiters walk, pulls, and the list goes on!
