The name is Jen. I am on a journey to health and fitness. I use this blog to track my workouts, sometimes what I eat, and my life in general. I started working out consistently in April 2012, stopped in August, and started again in November. I began running a few times a week and now have planned to run a race a month in 2013. I began CrossFit in February 2013 and am officially certified crazy because I keep going back to it every day. Join me on my journey, there's always room on the ride.
